Jesus formed a community because we need each other to grow in love and faith. One of the gifts that other people offer us is help with discernment. Sharing thoughts and ideas with people we trust can help us determine if it’s of God. Others can help us see how a possible course of action is impacting us, and they can also provide insights into whether something seems in sync with Christ or not.
